The dosages of different grades of PCE products are suggested as follows (wt.% of cement):
PCE （ Pwd ）: 0.2 ～ 0.3
Application Method
1 、 PCE is used to produce high performance, high strength and flowable concrete.
3 、 PCE is dosed either together with water or after the addition of water. It shows more effective when PCE is dosed after the addition of water.
1 、 PCE is a weak alkaline liquid or powder. It shows negligible toxic, hazardous, and corrosive. It is inedible.
2 、 When it contacts to eyes and skin, The affected area shall be immediately rinsed with plenty of water for minutes. Consult physician if irritation persists.
3 、 Keep container closed when it is not in use. Do not store the product directly under sunlight.
Package
1 、 Powder:20kg Paper drum.
3 、 It shall be kept from direct sunlight and stored at the ambient temperature greater than its freezing point.
4 、 The shelf life is twelve (12)months when it is packed with a new drum or tote tank. The shelf life is 60 days when it is opened or packed with recycle drum or tote tank.
Precautions:
PCE products are sold as raw materials. It is not suggested to use PCE products directly in concrete or other materials without formulation blending. The compatibility of PCE products to particular cement, aggregate and the other raw materials in the application is not guaranteed. It should be obtained through trial mixes and formulation technologies by the users.
